Founder, Munish Gandhi, dedicated his 24-year career to MarTech. After years of working for a VC funded company, he was ready for a change. ``I wanted to create a tech company where we had the flexibility to react to the market demands quickly and focus on creating an exceptional product, not profits.``

In 2013, Hy.ly acquired Bozzuto as its first multifamily client and never went back. Our team saw how challenging it was for multifamily companies to make technology work for them, and wanted to make a change. That's what we do at Hy.ly. We create products that not only work for multifamily but change how multifamily works.

We aren’t concerned with having a title that works on ten different levels. Instead, we are concerned about how we can solve marketing and operational issues for multifamily. We believe our Humans + Machines philosophy maximizes human potential and fundamentally changes the economics of property management companies.
