How to Add your Email Signature in


For outgoing messages, you can create a personalized email signature which will sign off all communications sent through This tutorial will show you how to create an email signature.

Step 1:

Log in to

Click on your profile drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3:

Click on “Profile” from the drop-down menu.


Step 4:

Scroll down and fill out the “Signature” section however you would like your signature to appear.

Step 5:

Click “Update”

Your signature is now saved to your profile, and will be available whenever you send an email.
