Dormant Zone

The Dormant Zone is one of the three zones in Autonomous Lifecycle Marketing. The Dormant Zone is dedicated to reactivating cold leads with minimal agent effort. Most multifamily companies view leads that have gone cold as dead, but given the resources you’ve invested and the high resident turnover, we consider these leads to be dormant, not dead.

A prospect enters the Dormant Zone after being inactive for 60 days. The Dormant Zone has one play, the Win-Back Play, which is designed to move customers from the dormant lifecycle stage to leased.
