- To cancel or reschedule a tour, click on a prospect’s tour on the Calendar, and you will be taken to their hyCRM Activity Page.
- If the prospect has requested to cancel their tour, click the Cancel button.
- If the prospect has requested to reschedule their tour, click the Reschedule button and a mini scheduler will appear. Select the new date and time for the prospect’s tour, and click the Update button when you are done.
Where You Can Cancel / Reschedule
If a prospect that has an upcoming tour requested to cancel or reschedule a tour, start by going to their scheduled property’s hyTours Calendar and click on their appointment. You will be taken to their hyCRM Activity Page, which will display information about their upcoming tour.
Cancelling a Tour
Click the Cancel button under their tour information, and after confirming the decision, it will be cancelled. An automated email will be sent out to that prospect, noting that their tour has been cancelled and will offer the option to reschedule. Their tour will also be marked as a “Cancelled Tour” on your hyTours calendar, and will not display any tour when you go to their hyCRM activity page.
Rescheduling a Tour
Click the Reschedule button at the bottom of their tour information, and a mini scheduler will appear. Select the new date and time that the prospect has requested, and click the Update schedule time button once you are done. Your prospect’s tour will be updated on the calendar.
